Bakin' cake

Thank you Google images. I was browsing cakes one day and came across a keyboard cake and then found the perfect excuse to try it out. I decided to make homemade fondant. I think that may have been a bad idea, but I made it work anyway. The fondant was not as sturdy as I hoped for but I think it still turned out pretty well. My hands are a bit red and my moms a bit black but it was worth it. I had a lot of fun making it. Perhaps I will start a quest for a new themed cake to try.
